## Biography

Keto Shimizu is an American television writer, producer and comic book writer. She graduated from Emerson College in Boston and began her career writing and directing short films, including *Razor Man* (2006). After completing NBC's Writers on the Verge programme, she worked as a staff writer on the series *The Cape* (2011).

Shimizu joined the writing staff of the Syfy adaptation of *Being Human* (2011) as a story editor and wrote three episodes. She later contributed to The CW's Arrowverse, writing for *Arrow* (2012) and *The Flash* (2014), and serving as co-showrunner and executive producer on *DC's Legends of Tomorrow* (2016). Her other credits include *Vixen* (2015) and the 2025 series *The Hunting Party*.
