Kevin Casey is a television editor. He served as editor on the medical drama series *ER* from 1996 to 2009, working on 93 episodes.

His other credits include episodes of *Under the Dome* (2014–2015), *Bosch* (2016–2021), *The Bridge* (2013), *Boss* (2012) and *Detroit 1-8-7* (2010–2011).
