## Biography

Kevin Connor is an English film and television director. He began his career in the sound department and as an editor on British productions, including *Oh! What a Lovely War* (1969). His directing debut was the 1974 horror anthology *From Beyond the Grave*, after which he directed several 1970s fantasy adventure films produced by Amicus, such as *The Land That Time Forgot* (1974), *At the Earth's Core* (1976), *The People That Time Forgot* (1977) and *Warlords of Atlantis* (1978).

Connor moved to Los Angeles around 1980 and directed the horror comedy *Motel Hell* (1980). He has since worked extensively in television, directing episodes of series including *Moonlighting* (1985), *Hart to Hart* and *Remington Steele*, as well as miniseries and television films such as *North and South: Book II* (1986), *Great Expectations* (1989) and *Frankenstein* (2004).
