## Biography

Kevin Etten is an American screenwriter and television producer. He began his career writing for *The Late Show with David Letterman* before working on series including *Ed* (2000) and *Desperate Housewives* (2004), where he served as a writer and later as a producer.

He has also been an executive producer on *Workaholics* (2011) and a writer and producer on *Reaper* (2007), *Scrubs* (2001) and *Ghosted* (2017). More recently, he co-wrote the film *The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent* (2022) and contributed screenplays to *Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F* (2024) and *Anaconda* (2025).

Etten attended Harvard University, where he played ice hockey and edited *The Harvard Lampoon*. He received a Golden Globe for *Desperate Housewives* as part of the writing and producing team.
