## Biography

Kevin Roderick Sullivan is a Canadian writer, director and producer of film and television. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science and founded Sullivan Entertainment with Trudy Grant, whom he later married.

Sullivan is best known for his adaptations of the *Anne of Green Gables* novels, directing and writing the 1985 miniseries and its sequels *Anne of Avonlea* (1987), *Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story* (2000) and *Anne of Green Gables: A New Beginning* (2008). He also created the series *Road to Avonlea* (1990–1996) and *Wind at My Back* (1996–2001). His other directing credits include episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* (2005) and *Riverdale* (2017).
