Kiersten Van Horne is an American television writer and producer. Born on 25 December 1973 in Boston, she trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York City and holds an MFA in acting from the University of California, San Diego, after graduating from Princeton University. She began her career as an actress before moving into writing and producing.

Her writing credits include episodes of *Rizzoli & Isles* (2012), *Mistresses* (2016), *Berlin Station* (2017), *Krypton* (2019), *Snowpiercer* (2021, teleplay), *The Witcher: Blood Origin* (2022) and *Outlander: Blood of My Blood* (2025).
