Kikuko Inoue is a Japanese voice actress, singer and narrator. She was born on 25 September 1964 in Yokosuka, Kanagawa. She has been active since 1988 and is the founder and manager of the voice-acting agency Office Anemone.

Inoue is known for voice roles including Maki in *Kiki's Delivery Service* (1989), Kasumi Tendo in *Ranma ½* (1989), Belldandy in *Ah! My Goddess* (1993), Lust in *Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood* (2009), and Melinda Desmond in *SPY x FAMILY* (2022). She has also appeared in *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba* (2019) and *Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion* (2006).
