## Biography

Kim Byung-seo (김병서) is a South Korean cinematographer, director and screenwriter. He began his career in the camera department and worked as director of photography on films including *Castaway on the Moon* (2009), *Cold Eyes* (2013) and the *Along with the Gods* series (2017–2018).

He made his directorial debut with *Cold Eyes* (2013), on which he also served as cinematographer, and co-directed and co-wrote the disaster film *Ashfall* (2019) with Lee Hae-jun. He has received several nominations for his cinematography and directing work, including at the Blue Dragon Film Awards and Grand Bell Awards.
