## Biography

Koyu Rankin is a Canadian actor born in 2007 in Vancouver. He is the son of a Scottish-Canadian father and a Japanese mother, and is bilingual in English and Japanese.

His first credited role was voicing Atari Kobayashi in Wes Anderson's stop-motion film *Isle of Dogs* (2018), which opened the 68th Berlin International Film Festival. He has since appeared as Randall in an episode of *DC's Legends of Tomorrow* (2018) and as Ghost Boy in *Dead Boy Detectives* (2024).

Rankin has also acted in short films including *Juken* (2017) and appeared in commercials.
