Krista Allen is an American actress. She played Billie Reed on the soap opera *Days of Our Lives* from 1996 to 1999 and Taylor Hayes on *The Bold and the Beautiful* from 2021 to 2023, receiving a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for the latter role.

Allen appeared as the Lady in Elevator in the 1997 film *Liar Liar*. Her other screen credits include the lead role in the *Emmanuelle in Space* series (1994), Jenna Avid in *Baywatch Hawaii* (2000–2001), and guest appearances in *Friends* (2002), *Smallville*, *The X-Files*, *Anger Management* (2003) and *The Final Destination* (2009).
