Kristen Hager is a Canadian actress. She was born on 2 January 1983 in Red Lake, Ontario.

Hager began her career with a role in the 2005 miniseries *Beach Girls* and appeared in the 2006 series *Runaway*. Her early film credits include *I'm Not There* (2007), *Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem* (2007) and *Wanted* (2008). She played the lead in the independent film *Leslie, My Name Is Evil* (2009). From 2011 to 2014 she starred as Nora Sergeant in the Syfy series *Being Human*. Other television roles include appearances in *The Expanse*, *Gotham*, *Chicago Med* and *Condor*. She has been married to actor Matt Jones since 2020.
