Krystyna Komosińska (13 December 1921 – 9 June 1983) was a Polish film editor. She worked in feature cinema during the post-war period and was a member of the Polish Filmmakers Association.

She is credited as editor on *The Saragossa Manuscript* (1965, also known as 1966) directed by Wojciech Jerzy Has. Earlier credits include assistant editor on *The Noose* (1958). Her filmography spans numerous Polish features and television productions from the late 1950s to the early 1980s.
