L. Rowland-Warne was a British costume designer who worked primarily in television. He provided costumes for several serials of the BBC series *Doctor Who* during the 1970s, including *Planet of the Spiders* (1974), *The Brain of Morbius* (1976) and *The Pirate Planet* (1978).
