Lam Shung-Man, also credited as Lin Chong-Wen or 林崇文, is a Taiwanese art director and production designer. He worked as art director on *The Time to Live and the Time to Die* (1985), directed by Hou Hsiao-hsien, and is also listed among the cast. He held the same role on *A City of Sadness* (1989).

He contributed art direction to *Run Away* (1984), for which he shared the Golden Horse Award for best art design. Other credits include *My Mother's Tea House* (1988).
