Lance Edmands is an American film editor, director and writer. He was born on 23 June 1981 in Maine and graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

He is known for his editing work on the documentary series *The Jinx* (2015), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination, as well as the films *Tiny Furniture* (2010), *Cryptozoo* (2021) and *Sanctuary* (2022). Edmands has also directed and written several shorts and features, including *Bluebird* (2013), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
