Lance Khazei is a writer, director and producer. He wrote the screenplay for the 2005 film *Son of the Mask*.

Khazei has written for television series including *CatDog* (1998), *Aaahh!!! Real Monsters* (1994) and *Mike, Lu & Og* (1999–2001). He contributed to *Politically Incorrect* (1997–1998). His original screenplay *Baby Formula* was adapted into *Son of the Mask*. He created, wrote, directed and produced the series *NAMCAR Night Race* (2016–2023), which received multiple festival awards. Khazei is an Emmy nominee.
