Lars Arentz-Hansen is a Norwegian actor. After graduating in law from the University of Oslo, he studied drama at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where he obtained a diploma in Speech and Drama and co-founded the Arena Theatre Company with fellow students.

He moved to London and was cast as Bugs in the film *The Beach* (2000). He subsequently appeared in *Big Trouble* (2002) and *The Quarry* (2002) while based in Los Angeles, and has since worked in film and television productions in Europe, including *Black Sails* (2014) as William Rhett, *22 July* (2018) as a security official, and *Operation Arctic* (2014) as Colonel Holm.
