## Biography

Laura Schweigman was a television producer. She began working in the industry as a production assistant on the third season of the HBO series *The Wire* and went on to serve as associate producer on *Treme* (2010–2013). She was a producer on the final season of *The Deuce* (2019).

Schweigman also worked on *Generation Kill* and other projects with creator David Simon. Based in New York and New Orleans, she died on 10 August 2024, aged 44.
