## Biography

Lauren Dark is a British film producer. She produced *Beast* (2017), the debut feature of director Michael Pearce, for which she won the BAFTA for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer in 2019. She earlier produced the political thriller *War Book* (2014) while working at Ken Loach and Rebecca O'Brien's Sixteen Films.

Dark spent four years as an executive producer at Film4, where she contributed to films including *The Father* (2020) and *Passing* (2021). In 2021 she left Film4 and co-founded the London-based production company Aluna Entertainment with Vanessa Kirby, which has a first-look deal with Netflix. She later co-founded Unified with producer Amy Jackson. Her credits also include *Night Always Comes* (2025) and *The Disciple* (2026).
