Lauren Stanley is an American actress. She is known for playing Debbie in the 1988 film *Mac and Me* and Betsy Allen in the 1989 television miniseries *Lonesome Dove*.

A native of Austin, Texas, Stanley began working in commercials at the age of three. She trained at the Lee Strasberg Studio and appeared in the television series *High Mountain Rangers* (1987), the television film *Stranger at My Door* (1991) as Cindy Fortier, and other productions including *Santa Barbara* and After School Specials. She received a Young Artist Award nomination for her performance in *Mac and Me*.
