Lauren Sweetser is an American actress and producer. She was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting in 2010.

She is known for her role as Gail in the 2010 film *Winter's Bone*. Sweetser has appeared in television series including *True Detective* (2014) as Isabel Hoyt, *NCIS* (2019) as Macy Grant, *NCIS: Los Angeles* (2012) as Mara White, *Chicago Med* (2022) as Darlene Wells and *For All Mankind* (2021) as Jewel. She also produced and starred in the 2018 film *The Riot Act*.
