Laurence Badie was a French actress. She was born on 15 June 1928 in Boulogne-Billancourt and died on 11 January 2024 in Morlaix.

She began performing on stage at the age of 19 and appeared in plays by Shakespeare, Chekhov, Gide, Beaumarchais and Molière. Her screen debut came in 1952 in *La Vie d'un honnête homme*. That same year she played Berthe Dollé in René Clément's *Forbidden Games*, which brought her wider recognition.

Badie appeared in more than 100 films and television productions, often in supporting roles. Notable credits include *La Traversée de Paris* (1956), *Muriel, or the Time of Return* (1963), *The Soft Skin* (1964) and *My American Uncle* (1980). She was also a prolific voice actress, notably voicing Velma Dinkley in the French dub of *Scooby-Doo*.
