Laurie Morton was an Irish actress. She appeared as Molly in the 1991 film *Hear My Song* and as Maggie's Mum in the 1996 film *The Van*.

Morton was born in Athboy, County Meath. She had a long career in Irish theatre, television and film, with notable television roles including Peggy in the RTÉ series *Tolka Row* and the Whirlygig Witch in the children's series *Fortycoats*. Her film credits also include *How Harry Became a Tree* (2001) and *Adam & Paul* (2004). She was married to actor David Kelly.

Morton died on 28 December 2022 in Donnybrook, Dublin, aged 98.
