## Biography

Lee Sheldon is an American television writer and producer, game writer and designer, and author. He graduated with a BFA in stage directing from Boston University in 1972 and an MFA in film direction from the California Institute of the Arts in 1974.

His television credits as a scriptwriter and producer include episodes of *Charlie's Angels*, *Quincy, M.E.*, *Cagney & Lacey*, *The Greatest American Hero* and *Star Trek: The Next Generation*, on which he also served as producer for the first eight episodes of the fourth season and wrote the episode 'Remember Me'. He was head writer on the daytime soap *The Edge of Night* during its final season in 1983–84. He received nominations for two Edgar Awards and a Writers Guild of America award.

Sheldon later worked extensively in video games, writing and designing titles including several Agatha Christie adaptations, and has written books on game narrative and designing coursework as games. He has taught game writing and design at institutions including Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
