Leigh Dana Jackson is a television writer and producer. He attended the film school at New York University and worked as a development executive for Spike Lee before relocating to Los Angeles.

Jackson has written episodes of *Foundation* (2021–), *Raising Dion* (2019–2022), *Scream: The TV Series* (2015), *Sleepy Hollow* (2013), *Helix* (2014), *The Tomorrow People* (2013) and *24: Legacy* (2017). He has also held producing roles, including co-executive producer and executive producer, on several of these series. He is showrunner of the forthcoming series *The Spook Who Sat by the Door*.
