Leigh Vance (1922–1994) was a British screenwriter and producer who specialised in crime and mystery stories for film and television.

He began his career writing screenplays for British films including *The Frightened City* (1961) and *The Black Windmill* (1974). He contributed episodes to series such as *The Avengers* (1961) and *The Saint* (1962), and later wrote multiple episodes, including stories and teleplays, for *Mission: Impossible* (1966) between 1969 and 1972. He also wrote for *Mannix* (1967).

Vance moved to Hollywood, where he produced series including *Baretta* and *Hart to Hart*. He was a founding officer of the British Writers' Guild and served as president of the International Writers' Guild. He died in Los Angeles on 15 October 1994.
