Leo H. Shreve was an American film and television editor. Born on 16 December 1912 in San Francisco, California, he worked extensively on episodic television during the 1950s and 1960s, including multiple episodes of series such as *77 Sunset Strip*, *Cheyenne* and *Honey West*.

He edited two episodes of the original *Star Trek* series in 1966 and contributed to the unaired pilot "The Cage" (uncredited on the pilot but credited in the later two-part episode "The Menagerie"). Shreve also edited feature films including *Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet* (1965) and *Queen of Blood* (1966). He died on 24 November 1993 in Riverside, California.
