## Biography

Leo Richardson is a British television writer and producer. Born and raised in south London, he trained as an actor on a scholarship at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. He began his writing career with the play *Sh*t-Mix*, which premiered in the West End in 2008 and was later adapted as the BBC Three film *Stanley Park* (2010), starring Sharon Horgan.

Richardson wrote multiple episodes of the BBC soap *EastEnders* between 2014 and 2017. He subsequently moved to the United States, where he contributed to the Fox series *Star* (2017–2019) as a writer and story editor, and wrote an episode of the CW series *Katy Keene* (2020).

His later credits include writing episodes of the Netflix series *You* (2023–2025) and the Hulu series *Tell Me Lies* (2026). He has also worked as a producer on several of these shows and is developing new series including *Keep Your Friends Close* for Peacock.
