Les Mayfield is an American film director and producer. He graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and co-founded ZM Productions with George Zaloom.

Mayfield produced the 1991 documentary *Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse*. He made his feature directorial debut with *Encino Man* (1992), followed by *Miracle on 34th Street* (1994), *Flubber* (1997), *Blue Streak* (1999), *American Outlaws* (2001), *The Man* (2005) and *Code Name: The Cleaner* (2007).
