Leslie Dilley (also credited as Les Dilley) was a Welsh production designer and art director. Born on 11 January 1941 in Rhondda, Glamorgan, Wales, he began his career in the film industry as a plasterer and draughtsman before advancing to art department roles. He died on 20 May 2025.

Dilley received Academy Awards for Best Art Direction for *Star Wars* (1977) and *Raiders of the Lost Ark* (1981), both shared with Norman Reynolds. He earned further Oscar nominations for art direction on *Alien* (1979), *The Empire Strikes Back* (1980) and *The Abyss* (1989). His production design credits include *The Exorcist III* (1990), *Casper* (1995), *Deep Impact* (1998) and *Son of the Mask* (2005). He also worked as art director on *Superman* (1978) and *An American Werewolf in London* (1981).
