Lester Wm. Berke (1934–2004) was an American television producer, production manager and occasional writer and director. He worked extensively in episodic television, serving as unit production manager on *The Rockford Files* (1974–1978) and in various producer capacities on *Quincy, M.E.* (1979–1983).

Berke received story and writing credits on episodes of *The Rockford Files* and *The Six Million Dollar Man*. He completed direction of the 1958 feature *The Lost Missile* following the death of his father, director William Berke. His work on *Quincy, M.E.* earned a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Drama Series.
