Lex duPont is an American cinematographer and camera operator. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware.

He began his career in the camera department on feature films including *River's Edge* (1986), *Eight Men Out* (1988), *Home Alone* (1990) and *Ace Ventura: Pet Detective* (1994). He later worked as a camera operator on *NYPD Blue* from 1993.

DuPont served as director of photography on *NYPD Blue* (1996–2005), *Private Practice* (2007–2013), *The Night Shift* (2014–2015) and *Chicago Med* (2015–2021). He has also shot episodes of *Saving Grace*, *Raines* and *Lincoln Heights*, and feature films such as *Saving Shiloh* (2006). He has been a member of the American Society of Cinematographers since 2009.
