Lia McHugh is an American actress. She was born Lia Ryan McHugh on 18 November 2005 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

McHugh began her career in 2016 with a role in the television series *A Haunting*. She has appeared in several horror films, including *Totem* (2017) as Abby, *Along Came the Devil* (2018), *The Lodge* (2019) as Mia Hall, and *A House on the Bayou* (2021) as Anna Chambers. In 2021 she portrayed the Eternal Sprite in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film *Eternals*. She comes from an acting family; her younger brother Gavin McHugh is also an actor, known for the series *9-1-1*.
