Lila Garrett (21 November 1925 – 1 February 2020) was an American television screenwriter. She wrote episodes for the sitcoms *Bewitched* (1964), *The Addams Family* (1964), *Get Smart* (1965), *Petticoat Junction* (1963), *All in the Family* (1971) and others, and co-wrote the story for the 1971 Disney television film *The Barefoot Executive*.

Garrett received two Daytime Emmy Awards for her work on episodes of *The ABC Afternoon Playbreak*. She also worked as a radio host, presenting *Connect the Dots* on KPFK.
