## Biography

Lili Rosen is an American actress and cultural consultant. She played the Rabbi in the Netflix miniseries *Unorthodox* (2020), for which she also worked as Yiddish translator, language coach and cultural consultant.

Raised in the Hasidic Yiddish-speaking community of Brooklyn, New York, Rosen made her professional stage debut in a production of *God of Vengeance*. Subsequent screen roles include appearances in *SHTTL* (2022) and *Minyan* (2020). She wrote, produced and starred in the short film *The Binding of Itzik*.

Rosen received an AFI Award in connection with *Unorthodox* and a SFFILM Rainin Development Grant for *The Binding of Itzik*. She has written and performed the solo show *The Second Circumcision of Lili Rosen*.
