Lilja Nótt Þórarinsdóttir is an Icelandic actress. She graduated with a B.F.A. in acting from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts in 2009. Her grandfather was stage manager at the National Theatre of Iceland, where she spent time as a child. She works in both film and theatre.

She is known for roles including Gunna in *101 Reykjavík* (2000), Íris in *Reykjavík-Rotterdam* (2008), María in the series *Trapped* (2015–2016), and Frantic Woman - Katherine in *The Midnight Sky* (2020). Other credits include appearances in *Eleven Men Out* (2005), *Reykjavík* (2016), *Sense8* (2015), and the series *Sisterhood* (2021) and *Útilega* (2024).
