Lill Roughley was an English actress who appeared in British television and film from the 1970s. She was born Lilian Margaret Roughley on 9 July 1949 in Prescot, Lancashire.

Roughley had early roles in series including *Tales of the Unexpected* (1979) and collaborated frequently with Victoria Wood on BBC comedy programmes such as *Victoria Wood: As Seen on TV* (1985–87) and *Dinnerladies* (1998). Her film credits include *Brassed Off* (1996), in which she played Rita. She is also known for playing Alice in *Mulberry* (1992) and Ella Dawkins in the sitcom *My Hero* (2000–2006). Other appearances include *A Touch of Frost*, *Absolutely Fabulous* and *Heartbeat*.

Roughley died on 9 September 2025.
