Linn Ullmann is a Norwegian author, journalist and former child actress. Born Karin Beate Ullmann on 9 August 1966 in Oslo, she is the daughter of actress Liv Ullmann and director Ingmar Bergman.

As a child she appeared in four films: *The Emigrants* (1971) and *The New Land* (1972), both directed by Jan Troell; *Cries and Whispers* (1972), directed by Ingmar Bergman, in which she played Maria's daughter; and *Autumn Sonata* (1978), again directed by Bergman, as the young Eva.

Ullmann later became a prominent literary critic and columnist in Norway, and has published several novels.
