Lisa Goldstein, also credited as Lisa Goldstein Kirsch, is an American actress. She is best known for portraying Millicent Huxtable on the television series *One Tree Hill* (2008–2012), appearing in 92 episodes after joining in a recurring capacity during season five.

Goldstein was born on Long Island in 1981. She received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Elon University in 2003 and performed in regional theatre and at Walt Disney World before her television breakthrough. Her other screen credits include the film *Who Do You Love?* (2008) and *Don't Know Yet* (2013). She retired from acting after 2013.

She is married to Brendan Kirsch, whom she met on the set of *One Tree Hill*, and they have one child.
