Liz Keogh Palmer is an Australian costume designer with over 35 years of experience in film, television and commercials. She is credited as Liz Keogh on the 1998 science-fiction film *Dark City*, directed by Alex Proyas, and has maintained a long collaboration with the director on subsequent projects.

Her other notable credits include *I, Robot* (2004) and *Gods of Egypt* (2016). She received a Saturn Award nomination for her work on *Dark City* and AACTA and APDG Award nominations for *Gods of Egypt*.
