Lloyd Turner was an American television writer. Born on 14 August 1924 in Winnemucca, Nevada, he began his career in animation at Warner Bros. Cartoons in the mid-1940s before moving into television writing.

He contributed to animated series including *Crusader Rabbit* (1949) and *The Bullwinkle Show* (1959–1963), and later wrote for live-action sitcoms such as *Get Smart* (1965), *The Partridge Family* (1970–1974), *All in the Family* (1971) and *The Jeffersons* (1975–1977). He also wrote one episode of *The Mary Tyler Moore Show* (1970).

Turner died on 30 November 1992 in Jackson, Oregon.
