Loles León, born María Dolores León Rodríguez, is a Spanish actress. A native of Barcelona, she moved to Madrid to pursue acting and met director Pedro Almodóvar during the Movida Madrileña. She appeared as the secretary in his film *Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown* (1988).

León has collaborated with Almodóvar on further films including *Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!* (1990). On television she has played Paloma Hurtado in *Aquí no hay quien viva* (2003–2004) and Menchu Carrascosa in *La que se avecina* (from 2016). She has also appeared in films by other directors such as Vicente Aranda and Fernando Trueba.
