Lolly Adefope is a British comedian and actress. Born Ololade Adefope on 14 September 1990 in Sutton, London, she studied English literature at Loughborough University and began performing stand-up comedy after graduation.

She first performed a solo show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2015 and was selected for the BBC Writersroom comedy programme that year. Adefope is known for playing Kitty in the BBC series *Ghosts* (2019–2023) and Fran in the Hulu series *Shrill* (2019–2021). Her film roles include Tess in *The Spy Who Dumped Me* (2018), Lady Daphne in *Saltburn* (2023) and Kate in *Wicked Little Letters* (2023).
