Lombardo Boyar (born 1 December 1973) is an American actor and voice actor from El Paso, Texas. He has worked in film, television, animation and video games since the mid-1990s.

Boyar is a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the 82nd Airborne Division. He is known for voicing Plaza Mariachi and Gustavo in the Pixar film *Coco* (2017), Raul in *Happy Feet* (2006), and Lars Rodriguez in the animated series *Rocket Power* (1999–2004). Other credits include the recurring role of Chuy in *The Bernie Mac Show*, Ramon Garcia in *24* (2001), and Eddie Tesoro in *P.S. Your Cat Is Dead!* (2002). He has also appeared in *Dawn of the Planet of the Apes* (2014) and *The Accountant²* (2025).
