Lonny Ross is an American actor and writer. He played Josh Girard on the NBC sitcom *30 Rock* (2006–2009).

Ross appeared in the films *Watching the Detectives* (2007), *Good Luck Chuck* (2007), *College Road Trip* (2008), *The Rocker* (2008), *Labor Pains* (2009) and *A Futile and Stupid Gesture* (2018). His other television work includes *Arrested Development* (2013) and *Level Up* (2012–2013). As part of the *30 Rock* ensemble cast, he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.
