Lou Hirsch is an American actor born on 27 February 1955 in Brooklyn, New York. He trained at the University of Miami and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London.

He is best known for providing the voice of Baby Herman in the film *Who Framed Roger Rabbit* (1988) and the related shorts *Tummy Trouble* (1989), *Roller Coaster Rabbit* (1990) and *Trail Mix-Up* (1993). Other film credits include *Superman III* (1983) and *Thunderbirds* (2004). On television he has appeared in *My Hero* (2000–2006), *Episodes* (2011) and *Jeeves and Wooster* (1990).
