## Biography

Lou Salvador Jr. was a Filipino film actor. He appeared in numerous Philippine films from the late 1950s onward and was a contract star of LVN Pictures. His father, Lou Salvador, directed him in films including *Bad Boy* (1957) and *Barkada* (1958).

He is known for his role as Atong in *Manila in the Claws of Light* (1975), directed by Lino Brocka. Other credits include *Ako ang Katarungan* (1962), *Krus na Daan* (1960) and *Alyas Batman at Robin* (1965). He retired from acting in the late 1970s and later lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he died in 2008.
