Lou Wagner is an American actor born on 19 August 1940 in San Jose, California. He played Lucius in the 1968 film *Planet of the Apes* and the Busboy in *Conquest of the Planet of the Apes* (1972).

Wagner had a recurring role as mechanic Harlan Arliss in the NBC series *CHiPs* from 1978 to 1983. His other credits include *Airport* (1970) as Schuyler Schultz, *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1992) as DaiMon Solok, *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* (1993) as Krax, *Columbo* (1974) as Ross, *My Name Is Earl* (2005) as Mr Covington and *Raising Hope* (2010) as Wally Phipps.
