Louise Allen is a British costume designer who has worked primarily in television and film. She served as costume designer on the BBC crime drama series *Shetland* from 2014 to 2022, across 34 episodes.

Her other credits as costume designer include the series *Payback* (2023), *Code 404* (2020–2021), *Two Weeks to Live* (2020), *One of Us* (2016), *Not Another Happy Ending* (2013) and *The Decoy Bride* (2011), as well as the feature film *Nina's Heavenly Delights* (2006). Earlier in her career she worked in wardrobe and as a costume assistant on productions including *Hunger* (2008) and *Your Highness* (2011).
