Luc Barnier was a French film editor. He worked on more than one hundred feature films and television productions from the late 1970s until his death.

His credits include *Irma Vep* (1996), *Paris, je t'aime* (2006), *Welcome to the Sticks* (2008), *Coco Before Chanel* (2009), *Nothing to Declare* (2010) and *Farewell, My Queen* (2012). He received the Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2011.

Barnier was the companion of director Liria Begeja.
